Freight Shortfall invoices may be raised by our Sales Team if the incorrect Freight may have been selected.

To ensure no additional delay to the dispatch of your Order, please pay this invoice at your earliest convenience.

Warehouse Dispatch Lead-times

Upon placing your order, please allow 3 - 5 Business Days for processing and collection of your order from our Warehouse by the Couriers once ALL Payments are confirmed - if your entire order is in stock. Please allow additional time if parts of your order(s) are out-of-stock and on backorder - if you wish to have part of your order dispatched please email sales@bushwakka.com

Note: In-State & Interstate Deliveries can vary outside of standard Courier Lead Times caused by demand on logistics at certain times of year.

Tracking Information

Note: Until your Order has been collected from our Warehouse by the respective Courier Company, you will not receive any specific tracking details. Sometimes you may just see "Label Created". It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking to be updated. 

Awning Shipping Information

Shipping costs are calculated via our couriers API's at the time of checkout. We do not control the costs of shipping. 

Free pickup is available at our warehouse in Thousand Oaks, California. 
If you are wanting to pick up from our warehouse, please select "pick up" during checkout. Please do not travel to the warehouse without an email from us confirming that your order has been picked and is ready for collection. This is a 3rd party facility and they will not prioritize your pickup if you don't have the necessary paperwork. 

Rooftop Tent Shipping

We do not freight Rooftop Tents directly to your door, they are simply too large and cumbersome for UPS. You are welcome to arrange your own freight and provide us with shipping labels etc. Or we can quote you for road freight to your nearest freight depot for collection. For this service, contact our Sales Team directly.
